Ancient Yemenite Machzor – Manuscript of 16th-17th Century

Ancient manuscript. Machzor for Yom Kippur. Yemen, [16th-17th century].
Date of writing is missing (ending and colophone are missing), however we determined the date according to the shape of writing and the upper case vowelization [was common in Yemen until the 16th-17th century].
The versions are similar to those in manuscripts of Sidurim of that period, but there are many changes in particular in the liturgical poems and their order.
[148] Leaves, 16.5 cm. Good condition. Stains and wear to leaves. Tears to margins. Half-parchment modern binding.
