Explanation of the Sugiot and their source in the Gmara, in the Rishonim and in the books of the Poskim. Written by a diligent Torah scholar who discusses all the details of the Sugia in an exceptionally organized fashion. “Regarding a bill which is possibly forged and its restrictions, signature witnesses and delivery witnesses, bills of ownership and bills of proof”.
