On title of part III: ownership signature"…Shlomo Hassan…" [perhaps Rabbi Shlomo Hasson, one of the leading sages of Jerusalem and son in law of Maharit Algazi – see attached material].
Many glosses in same oriental handwriting, addition of rules and reservations ["hidden from the Rabbi"]. In a few places the glosser changed his mind and erased or tore the edge of the sheet.
[4 – first title page missing], 138 leaves. 20cm. Heavy paper, good-fair condition, slight moth damages. Colored page-cutting, few glosses chopped.
