10 books and various publications. Sizes and conditions vary. Many of the booklets were published in very limited editions, stenciled or printed on typewriter.
The Hechalutz movement was founded in Russia in 1917, and its aim was to prepare its members for aliya and life in Palestine. In 1921, the World Histadrut of Hechalutz was founded. In the Hechalutz training farm, the prospective olim learned the ropes of farming, communal life, and Hebrew.
