Avodat HaCohen, book of the priest's service, order and laws pertaining to the Cohanim's service in the Holy Temple. Vol. I. Rabbi Aharon Hacohen. Piotrkow, 1913. First edition.
On reverse of the title page, handwritten inscription and signature by author "Aharon Hacohen, Rabbi of Novoschwenzani, Vilna Region" . Rabbi Aharon Hacohen (1865-1936, Otzar HaRabbanim 1599), son-in-law of the Chafetz Chaim. Rabbi in Lithunia and Tel Aviv, author of many books.
Before the introduction by the author of the "Chafetz Chaim" is an additional leaf, bibliographically unknown, of "omissions, corrections and comments" - this leaf is longer than the other leaves in the book (approx. 25 cm).
