Portrait of Herzl (drawn by Otte Wallisch) appears in the center and the inscription "The Jewish State is the World's need and it will therefore be established" in Hebrew and Yiddish. 34.5X49.5 cm. Good condition. Horizontal folding mark. Open tear (small) at lower part.
