Booklet Written and Illustrated by Hand – Commemorating Immigration from Germany to Eretz Israel, 1933-1934
Stimme des Herzens oder 1 Jahr Weltgeschichte, taschenausgabe fur liebhaber! [Eretz Israel]: Salami & Taubenschlag u. Co., [1934].
A humorous booklet written by hand, with charming illustrations in color. Produced in commemoration of one year to the immigration to Eretz Israel of a young woman by the name of Sally (with her partner? Or maybe written and illustrated by him). The illustrations depict Sally during a lecture on behalf of "Immigrants from Germany", bidding farewell to her friends, a house with a fish pond in Kfar Saba and finally, moving into an apartment in Jaffa. [11] leaves (most of them illustrated), notebook: 17X25 cm. Fair-good condition. Stained cover. A few stains on the leaves. Several detached leaves.
