Bronze medal on behalf of "Les dames l'association pour secours aux israelites pauvres" (Women's association for relief to the Jewish poor), in honor of the organization's chairwoman. Luxembourg, 1886. Made by H. Oppenheim (Heinrich Oppenheim).
Obverse: French dedication in honor of Mme. J Bloc (Eugenie Mayer), surrounded by the name of the organization, place and date (Luxembourg, April 1886). Reverse: relief of a woman with two children above the dates 1856-1886 [the medal was seemingly made to commemorate 30 years since the establishment of the organization]. The relief is surrounded by the Hebrew legend "May God repay those who act with kindness with great measure" and "Homage et Reconnaissance".
