Signatures and ownership inscriptions on the endpapers and title page: "Shmuel son of R. Avraham… Janowitz"; "This Chumash belongs to me, Aharon son of R. Avraham Janowitz"; "This Chumash belongs to me Lieber Moshe Ash"; "Moshe Schlesinger of Battelau (Batelov)"; and other inscriptions.
159, [3]; 51 leaves. 13 cm. Gilt edges. Good condition. Stains and light wear. Minor dampstains. Fine early, gilt-ornamented leather binding, with metal corner pieces and clasps. Damage to binding.
