Shahn finished his work on "Hallelujah", illustrations for Psalm 150, shortly before he passed away, and it constitutes his last complete work.
Copy number 166 out of an edition of 240 copies (a total of 250 copies were published). The lithographs are accompanied by an introduction by Bernarda Bryson Shahn and a letter to Shahn from Fernand Mourlot in French and English.
The book is contained in a fine cloth-covered case, with the gilt title "Hallelujah, Ben Shahn".
