The manuscript of the "Be'er Maim Chaim" was sent from Eretz Yisrael to Rabbi Mordecai of Kremnitz, who writes with his consent: "When the reporters came to me ... I accepted the burden of this effort and gave them to copy and arrange ... ... R. Yaakov, the son-in-law of ... the author Zala"h, who wants ... to print them ... and all the agreements mentioned above I give him. "
Copies of the Chumash "Be'er Maim Chaim" are almost nonexistent, complete copies were not seen at auctions. Very rare.
