Four pages, handwritten by the Chief Rabbi of Morocco, Rabbi Shalom Mashash, on Choshen Mishpat.
Written and signed in his handwriting, [complete signature].
Rabbi Shalom Mashash: [1909-2003], one of the greatest rabbinical court judges of the previous generation. From 1955 he was Chief Rabbi and Av Beit Din of Casablanca [Morocco], later became chief rabbi of all of Morocco. In 1976 he immigrated to the Holy City of Jerusalem and served as Chief Rabbi and Head of the Avot Beit Din of the Rabbinical Courts, among his well-known books: "Mizrach", "Beit Shemesh", "Shemesh and Magen" responsa and more.
