The Ga'on Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank [1873-1961], Rabbi of Jerusalem, one of the greatest poskim and rabbis of his generation. And the successor of Rabbi Shmuel Salant as a member of the Beit Din. The novellae of his Torah and his responsa in Halachah were printed in books: Responsa Har Zvi, Mikra'ei Kodesh, and more.
