Letter written and signed by the Admor of Buhush-Shpikov Rabbi Yitzchak Friedman, 1985.
The Admor of Buhush-Shpikov, Rabbi Yitzchak Friedman [1903-1992], the son of the Admor Rabbi Shalom Yosef Shpikov and the son-in-law of his uncle Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Bohus. He was one of the most admired figures among Romanian Jewry, and after the Holocaust he immigrated to Israel in 1951 and established his Beit Midrash in Tel Aviv and Bnei Brak.
