A composition about the Jewish Chuppa ceremony. The first chapter focuses on the etymology of the word "Chuppa". Further on, the composition deals with the origins of the ceremony, the form of the Chuppa, and more, while citing from the Talmud.
A fine engraving depicting a Jewish wedding appears at the beginning of one of the chapters.
