Two certificates appointing Mr. Yosef Raziel to Israeli Consul in New York. Jerusalem and New York, 1963.
* Certificate in Hebrew dated January 27, 1963. Signed by President Yitzchak Ben-Zvi and Foreign Minister Golda Meir. The certificate is embossed with the emblem of the State of Israel.
Approx. 28.5X43 cm, in a wooden frame. Good condition. Thick paper of good quality. Some peeling color, loose wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
* Certificate in English dated February 27, 1963. Signed in print by American President John F. Kennedy, and by hand by Secretary of State Dean Rusk. By the signatures appears the emblem of the United States of America.
