Two issued of the literary periodical "Idishe Shriftn". The periodical compiled literary works and journalistic articles written during the holocaust or right afterwards. Among the writers: Avraham Sutzkever, Wolf Jasni and Chaim Grade.
Issue from 1946: [2], 112, [2] pp. Issue from 1948: 180 pp, 29 cm. Good overall condition. Some stains and creases. Tears at margins of a number of leaves. Both issues are bound in hard bindings, with original wrappers. Wrapper of first issue is detached and torn (large open tears).
3. "Dror", Frayheit" – HeChalutz HaTza'ir. Issue no. 1. Published by "Dror" center in Poland, Lodz, February 1947. Yiddish.
Issue of a monthly published after the holocaust on behalf of the Zionist Youth Movement "Dror". The periodical includes essays about Warsaw Ghetto, an essay about the illegal immigration movement, article about Kfar Gilady, news about the movement Kibutzim in Poland, and more. Among the writers: Yitzchak Katzenelson, the author Sarah Nishmit and others.
20 pp, 31 cm. Good-fair condition. Folding marks. Uncut sheets. Damages and tears at margins of leaves. Creases at corners. Ink stamps on title page.
