"Artik" – Advertising Sign Designed by Rothschild and Lipman
Advertising sign for "Artik" company, silk print on Masonite. "Shohar" press, Israel, [ca. 1950s]. Design: Roli – Rothschild and Lipman.
Illustrated on the sign is the image of the Eskimo that accompanied the company's advertisements, holding a Popsicle made by "Artik". Signed in the plate "Roli".
50X34 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Defects. Paper peeling off the Masonite. Worn suspension holes at the four corners.
