The Rebbe Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Heschil (1862-1935) was one of the greatest Rebbes of his generation, the founder of the Kopychynts Hassidism. During World War I, he escaped with his family to Vilnius, like many other Rebbes of the Ruzhin Rebbes, and remained there until his death on the first day of Rosh Ha'Shana 1935. He was buried in Vilnius. Was known as a wonder-worker.
