[1] leaf. 29x20 cm. Pesak din regarding a disagreement involving a courtyard, between R' Yeshayah Segal of בהפאליה and his neighbor, R' Yeshaya HaKohen of פיאסיק. Signed by dayanim Rabbi Yaakov Moshe of Kossov and Rabbi Baruch Kahana, 13 Cheshvan 1861.
Rabbi Baruch Kahana is apparently Rabbi Baruch David ben R' Levi Yitzchak Kahana, a prominent Safed dayan. He immigrated to the city from Vishnitz in 1837. Refer to Sh. Halevi, and Wunder's Meorei Galicia.
