In the title on the left is a report on the appointment of "Rabbi Shmuel Wosner, shlita, as a teacher in the "Kerem Avraham" and Geula neighborhoods. Rabbi Wassner immigrated to Eretz Israel in recent years from Vienna ..."
Rabbi Wazner zt "l immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1939. He lived in Jerusalem on Hoshea Street. He studied with Rav Yosef Tzvi Dushinsky, and made 'Shimush Chachamim' with Rabbi Shimshon Aharon Polonsky Metaphilic. After a while he was appointed by the Eda Haredit and Rabbi Dushinsky to be a judge at the rabbinical court and a rabbi on its behalf to the neighborhoods of Kerem Avraham and Geula.
