ספר תקוני הזהר, מהרשב"י הקדוש. ירושלים, דפוס ישראל ב"ק, [תר"ד 1844]. שני שערים, השני עם איור של מקום המקדש והכותל המערבי.
מהספרים הראשונים שנדפסו בירושלים.
בראש הספר הסכמות מאת רבי חיים אברהם גאגין ה"חכם באשי", והרה"ק רבי אהרן משה מגזע צבי מבראד (תלמיד "החוזה מלובלין").
בעמ' האחרון נדפסה תפילה מאת "מוהר"ש שרעאב"י" (רבי שלום שרעבי – הרש"ש).
חתימה בדף השער הראשון: "משה פילדערמאן".
[3], קסד, [1] דף. 21.5 ס"מ. מרבית הדפים במצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים, בהם כתמי רטיבות. בלאי קל. קרעים וקרעים חסרים קטנים בשולי מספר דפים. סימני עש עם פגיעות בטקסט. חותמת. כריכת עור חדשה.
