Letter of Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Lubavitcher Rebbe. Brooklyn, New York, 11 Shevat, 1962.

Sent to the educator R. Abba Levin in Kfar Chabad, "the day after the 12th yahrzeit of my father-in-law the Rebbe [Rayatz]". In his letter, the Rebbe gives the blessing that by studying the teachings the Rebbe Rayatz instructed to learn on his yahrzeit, "may the heavenly treasury of the King of King of Kings, the Holy One Blessed is He, be opened… In order to be victorious in war… we open up the treasury to give… to the soldiers… by Torah study (revealed Torah and Chassidut), prayer service, and fulfillment of mitzvot…".

In the margins of the letter are references and sources for topics and ideas cited in the letter.
