This is the first work of the Divrei Chaim to be published, albeit anonymously. (Responsa Divrei Chaim was published 11 years later, in 1875).
Signatures of members of the Chaimov family on the title pages of both parts: R. Yonah and his sons R. Chizkiyah, R. Refael and R. Yedidia.
Two parts in one volume. [3], 34, [1], 33-44; 27; [1], 23, [1] leaves. Leaf 13 of first sequence erroneously bound after leaf 14. 34.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. A few tears, not affecting text. New binding.
