Ma'aynei Yehoshua – "Commentary to two closed and locked tractates, Kinnim and Ohalot", by Rabbi Yehoshua Heller of Telz. Vilna, 1879. First edition.
Printing press of the Widow and the Brothers Romm.
Rabbi Yehoshua Heller, a famous genius, well known for his many important books: "Divrei Yehoshua", "Ohel Yehoshua", "Chosen Yehoshua" and more.
An important book of commentary on the difficult tractates of Kinnim and Ohalot, which only a few people learn. On the title page the author hints that in this work he took the simple approach to understand the tractate "without many different calculations, in order to properly understand tractate Kinnim, he must first learn a number of rules, he will open the closed doors to G-d", in other words, before every chapter will be a number of rules for understanding of the topic.
The commentary "Ma'aynei Yehoshua" was printed with the mishnayot alongside the commentary of the Vilna Gaon.
Ownership stamps in Latin letters.
