Certificate for a Couple of Jews to Immigrate to the Land of Israel from Aden, Yemen, through Egypt - the British Mandate - Yemen and Palestine, March-May 1936 - English
Certificate from the British commissioner of Aden. Includes a passport picture of the couple with a stamp of the commissioner.
The commissioner confirms that the Saedi couple have a permit from the Immigration Department of Jerusalem to immigrate to the Land of Israel through Egypt 17.3.1936.
On the reverse side of the picture, the stamp of the Immigration Department of the Government of the British Mandate for Palestine – authorization to permanently remain in Palestine. 3.5.1936. Haifa Harbor. The document was stamped with their arrival to Israel.
20x33 cm.
Condition: Folding marks. Stains and tears at the bottom, with no damage to text.
