הספר בהסכמות חשובות של רבי דוד משה מטשורטקוב שנכתב בהסכמתו "למען הביא ברכה אל תוך ביתם". רבי יצחק מבוהוש, רבי יקותיאל יהודה טייטלבוים מסיגעט ורבי יוסף מאיר וייס מספינקא שמביא בהסכמתו את הסכמת הדברי חיים מצאנז להמחבר לספרו דעת קדושים, וזה לשונו "מי אנוכי השפל אנשים להעיד על גודל יקר ערך אשר כמעט ולא זכיתי להבין דבריו הקדושים וכו' כי מלבד אשר במרומים ידבר גם יראה ומוסר ממנו נלקח".
