Letter by Chaim Yitzchok Schwartz from Vylok, Ukraine 1932. Mentioning his entire family: His father Meir Tzvi (Herman) Schwartz [ben Shaindel], his mother Rachel Mintza [bas Esther] brothers & sisters: Chaya Rivka, Moshe, Shaindel, Yaakov, Eliezer, Leah and Sarah.
He writes to his Rebbe with joy that he got engaged to the daughter of Reb Katriel Gross, the shochet of Teresva. He also writes that he learned by Reb Hillel Weinberger of Szerdahely. He writes that his brother Alexander got engaged to the daughter of Rabbi Efraim Reichman from Svalyava. His brother Alexander is worried that he will be drafted to the army due to his physical condition and asks the Rebbe to pray for him.
