מחבר הרב יצחק מאיר פצינר-בן מנחם - היה חתנו של רבי איסר זלמן מלצר, שבספרי אבן האזל מביא דברי תורה ממנו. היה ראב"ד בפתח תקוה ודיין בבית הדין הגדול, עסק גם בההדרת פירושי הראשונים. חתנו הוא הגאון רבי אביעזר פילץ ראש ישיבת תושיה-תפרח.
