בירורי הלכה מחקרי הלכה ושאלות ותשובות, מאת הרב כתריאל פישל טכורש. תל אביב, תשכ"ז 1967.
עם הקדשת המחבר בכתב יד לישיבת חברון. המחבר היה רב ציוני, והספר עוסק גם בענייני צבא ושלטון.
בני הישיבה כתבו בספר הערות בגנות הספר.
המחבר הרב כתריאל פישל טְכורְֹש (תרנ"ז 1896 – תשל"ט 1979) חבר מועצת הרבנות הראשית, מרבני תל אביב, וממייסדי חבר הרבנים שעל ידי הפועל המזרחי ותקופה מסוימת עמד בראשו.
