Seventy Tikkunim on the first word in the Torah: "Bereishis", by the Holy Tana, Rabi Shimon Bar Yochai, author of the Zohar.
On title page is signature of ownership in Sephardic handwriting. On last pages are handwritten notations (damaged and difficult to read) some of which are signed at end.
Brought to press by Rav Yitzchak ben Rav Avraham Castro, with approbations from Rabbonim of Constantinople: Rav Moshe Prisk (author of "Yadav Shel Moshe"), Rav Michael Ashkenazi (author of "Em Haderech") and Rav Avraham Annaby.
