The Sefer contains sermons and discourses on Agaddah and debates per the order of the Parshiot. Written by the Gaon Rabbi Shmaya, son of Rabbi Yehonatan of Tomasow.

This edition, which was printed by Zalman K”B of Breslau, in Dyhernfurth, in 1774, was the first and the only edition for several hundred years, until recently.
