Hadrat Kodesh, by the Kabbalist Rabbi Shimon ben Shmuel, Kabbalistic Drush and Mussar and Mamar Tchiyat Hametim. Chernovich, 1857.
On the title page, the handwritten signatures of the holy Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Heller, the Rav of Safed.
Two clear signatures handwritten by Rabbi Shmuel Heller, one in Rashi script: 'הק' שמואל העליר' and the other in his regular script.
The holy Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Heller [1803-1884] the famed Rav of Safed. Merited seeing the Chozeh of Lublin. After the passing of the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Dov Mevritch the author of Bat Ayin, Rabbi Shmuel was appointed the Rav of Safed, a position he held for forty years.
19 leaves. Aging stains. Some moth perforations, partly restored. One letter of his signature is missing due to cutting in the printing. Fine late binding. Good-very good condition.
