מכתב ידידות, כולו בכתי"ק הנתיבות שלום מסלונים

Letter of friendship and blessings handwritten by the Ntsivot Sholom of Slonim and with his signature. Jerusalem, 1967.

The letter was sent to the Gaon Rabbi Isser Yehuda Unterman, expressing gratitude for the large budget he took care of for the students of the Beis Avraham Slonim Yeshiva in Jerusalem, which the Netivot Shomo had founded and headed.

The Netivot Sholom blesses him: כה יעזרוהו השי"ת בכל ענייניו בעבודתו הק' להרמת קרן התורה ויאריך ימים על ממלכתו עד ביאת גואל צודק.'

The holy Rab Rabbi Sholom Noach Berezovsky author of Netivot Sholom of Slonim (1911-2000). One of the most important Admorim in our generation and one of the greatest leaders of the Haredi community, one of the leaders of Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah and a member of the presidency of Va'ad HaYeshivas. An educator and expert pedagog who prevented many from sin. Established the 'Beis Avraham' yeshiva, seeing it as the way to keep the Lachovitz and Kobrin dynasties alive and thus established and developed the holy Slonim court in Jerusalem. He was the Rosh Yeshiva for approx. forty years until he was appointed Admor.

The Gaon Rabbi Isser Yehuda Unterman, the Rav of Tel Aviv and eventually, the Chief Rabbi of Israel.
