The great Gaon Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis [1864-1953] author of Liflagos Reuven and Rosh Av Beis Din of HaEidah HaChareidis of Jerusalem since 1938, a pillar of Hora'ah and Halacha. Rosh Yeshiva of the Ohel Moshe Yeshiva of Jerusalem. His disciples include the Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach and the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Sholom Elyoshiv.
Volume I 138, 134 leaves (mispagination).
Volume II: [1], 67, [1], 78, [1] leaves. Original blemished binding. The binding of the second volume is considerably blemished. Wear and moth perforations. Stains. Good condition.
