With a stamp of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Greenwald Av Beis Din of Vishk, with the stamp and handwritten signatures of Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Brody of Ungvar and the signature of his son Rabbi Meir Broida, with signatures of Rabbi Nathanel Schaffer of Ungvar and additional owner's signatures.
Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Greenwald the son of Arugas HaBosem (1893-1980) the son of Rabbi Moshe Greenwald the author of Arugas HaBosem. Av Beis Din of Orshiva, Vishk and Tzehlim (today in Austria). Immigrated to the USA, where he headed the Tzehlim commmunity and the Arugas HaBosem institutions. Authored the Sefer Migdalos Mirkachim and founded the Kahsrus Mehuderes system in the USA. Vice-president of the union of rabbis of America and president of Kollel Shomrei HaChomos of Jerusalem.
