The guarantors are the Tzaddik rav Rabbi Sender Uri, the in-law of the Holy Rav of Rachmistrivka, the father-in-law of the Holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel Mordechai of Rachmistrivka and the important Rav Rabbi Menachem Teperberg the owner of the Efrat Winery.
