רוּדי וַיסנשטין היה צלם ישראלי. ידוע בעיקר בזכות התיעוד הנרחב שלו לחיי היומיום של העולים לארץ ישראל בשנות ה-30 של המאה ה-20. צילם את התצלומים היחידים של מעמד הכרזת העצמאות של מדינת ישראל ב-1948, והנציח באמצעות כרבע מיליון תשלילים את שנות הקמת המדינה, תמונות שהיו לאבני דרך בחברה הישראלית
