Printed by the Slavita Press, by Rabbi Shmuel Avraham ben Rabbi Moshe Shapiro. The name of each Chumash and the place it was published are printed on the cover pages, in red ink.
Ohr Hachaim became accepted as a fundamental book in the world of Chassidut. These are a special set of five chumashim from that publishing house. The Devarim volume has the original title page, while the other chumashim have restored title pages. Two pages are missing from the Bereishit volume, and one page is missing from the end of Shemot.
