Large enamelled and painted pottery vessel. Colonial School. La Puebla de los Ángeles. Mexico. 18th century.

Decorated with a type of rooster on the back of the body, surrounded by interwoven oak leaves and below is a basket with stippled graticule. It is decorated on the back with interwoven oak leaves. On the upper edge is a border formed by squares alternating with briars. On the base is a border of pointed lines which look like small leaves in two segments.
There is a crack in the lower right part and a hole in the base, as well as a small restoration.
