Efimov Boris Efimovich (1900, Kyiv - 2008, Moscow).
Honored artists of the USSR, full member of the USSR Academy of Arts, Honored Worker of Arts of the RSFSR, Stalin Prize Winner (1950, 1951). Soviet graphic painter, caricaturist. Since 1922 worked in the newspapers “Pravda”, “Izvestia”, journal “Krokodil”. Headed the department of the electoral agitation of Odessa ROST department (UgROSTA). In 1941-1945 worked in “Okna TASS”. Since 1966 was the editor-in-chief of the creative and industrial union “Agitplakat” In 1972 won the USSR State Prize.
