מעטפה: נשלחה להוצאת "סדן" בתל-אביב, בידי ה"אגודה למדעי היהדות - ספרית הרמב"ם" שבירושלים. ינואר 1937 פתוחה בצידה, בול על גבי המעטפה, כיתוב ידני, חותמות דואר, כתמי זמן, 13X16 ס"מ. מצב טוב. נדיר מאוד.
