Notations and Signatures of the Admor from Kaliv Zatzal- from Year 5696 [1936]!! On the Sefer "Pardes Hagadol" Which he Received from his Grandfather, Harav Hakadosh Rav Moshe Ashkenazi of Stanisławów (Ivano-Frankivsk).
Sefer Pardes Hagadol Hashalem by Rashi - Published in Warsaw, 5630.
On margin of title page is the stamp of the Admor- Harav Hakadosh Rav Moshe Dovid Ashkenazi of Stanisławów - son of Harav Hakadosh Rav Asher Anshil Ashkenazi [son of Rav Yoel from זלוטשוב, son of Rav Moshe Dovid of טולטשווא] who was the son-in-law of Rav Chanoch Henich of אולסק. The Admor of Kaliv (Rav Menachem Mendel Toib)'s father- Harav Hakadosh Rav Yechiel Yehuda of רוזדול was the son-in-law of Rav Moshe Dovid Ashkenazi.
On title page and on previous page is the signature of Rav Ashkenazi's grandson- the Admor Rav Menachem Mendel Toib of Kaliv Zatzal- including handwritten inscription stating that he received the Sefer from his grandfather in year 5696 - at that time the Admor of Kaliv was 12 years old.
