Rare. "Chukey Derech", on the Even Ha'ezer - with Halachic Novellae, handwritten by the "Magen Avraham"!! - First Edition. 

A Concise Synopsis of the Halachos of the Shulchan Aruch and its Commentaries, by the Gaon Rav Moshe Yekusiel Koifman Katz, Av Beis Din of Krotoszyn, Author of "Lechem Hapanim" and Son-in-law of the "Magen Avraham".

The author had in his possession handwritten Torah novellae of his father-in-law, the Magen Avraham, on Even Haezer, in particular regarding the halachos of writing the names of the men and women in the get, and he brought these teachings in this sefer. Likewise, he had the Ta"z on Even Ha'ezer- handwritten. (Ta"z on Even Ha'ezer was first printed only in year 5514) (see Stepanski, Sifrei Yesod #161).

Dyhernfurth 5507 [1747]. First print. [2] 22 pages. 31 cm. Professional restoration on first 2 pages and last 2 pages, in general, in good condition. Extremely rare.
