Shulchan Aruch Even HaEzer, with Hagahos HaRam"a and Be'er HaGolah. Important edition of the Shulchan Aruch with many approbations (printed in the first volume) given for this edition by Amsterdam rabbis: Rabbi Ya'akov Sasporatas, Rabbi Shlomo di Olivera, Rabbi David ibn Attar, Rabbi Naftali HaKohen Katz - author of Semichas Chachamim, and more.
Two title pages. The first is illustrated with stunning copperplate etchings of pictures of cherubs-angels. The second title page bears the year detail "
נחת" - recalling the famous Shela"h printed in Amsterdam, which became a sSegulah book, because this was the year the Ba'al Shem Tov was born, most significant for Chassidim.
Stamps on Rav Ruderman, the Rosh Yeshiva in Ner Yisroel in Baltimore.
