Rabbi Yehuda Najar, one of Tunisia's biggest rabbis, served as a rabbinical judge (passed away in 1830). He wrote: 'Moadei Hashem', 'Ohalei Yehuda', 'Alfei Yehuda', 'Simchat Yehuda' and more.
