תוכן: מכתב מישיבת 'אור תורה' והתלמוד תורה בטבריה לראש עירית טבריה בבקשת סיוע לת"ת האשכנזי הקיים למעלה מארבעים שנה בעיר הקודש טבריה, בחתימת האדמו"ר מסלונים זצ"ל לפני כהונתו על כס האדמורו"ת.
