Classic work of novella on Maseches Bava Kamma by R. Shlomo Luria (MaHaRSHaL).
R. Shlomo Luria (1510-1573), known by the acronym MaHaRSHaL was descended from a prestigious rabbinical family. He was a pupil of R. Sholom Shachna of Lublin and R. Kalonimus Haberkasten of Ostrog, eventually becoming the son in law of R. Kalonimus. He served as Rov in various important communities, including Brisk, Ostrog and later led a prestigious Yeshiva in Lublin which attracted outstanding students from all over Europe. Author of many important seforim, including Yam Shel Shlomo, Chochmas Shlomo and Shu”t MaHaRSHaL.
Includes approbations by the SHLoH Ha’Kodosh and the Kli Yokor.
