Rare Letter by the Kabbalist Rabbi Ya'akov Chaim Sofer – about a Delivery of His Book "Kaf HaChaim" – Jerusalem, 1931
An extremely rare letter, on the official stationery of the kabbalist Rabbi Ya'akov Chaim Sofer author of "Kaf HaChaim", entirely handwritten and signed by him. The 23rd of Tamuz, 1931.
The letter was sent to Mr. Shimon Cohen and his brother, "To honor you I have sent you my book Kaf HaChaim section 1 and section 7 and there are five additional sections … from me the author Ya'akov Chaim Sofer".

The kabbalist Rabbi Ya'akov Chaim Sofer (1870-1939) – was born in Babylon, a disciple of Rabbi Abdallah Somech and Rabbi Yosef Chaim author of the "Ben Ish Chai". One of the sages of Babylon and Jerusalem and a leading Posek. Author of the series of books "Kaf HaChaim", which he wrote in the attic of the "Shoshanim L'David" synagogue of Jerusalem, which was founded by the "Ben Ish Chai". Authored additional books, among them: "Chaim Ad HaOlam", "Kol Ya'akov" and "Chukei Chaim"/
