Rabbi Moshe Haggiz (known as the Meniach) lived from 1672-1750, was a sage of Jerusalem, a leader of those fighting Shabtai Zvi. Rabbi Yaakov Berlin of Furth was a student of Rabbi Yaakov Poprash, son-in-law of Rabbi Yosef Steinhart of Furth a sage of his generation, authored Beer Yaakov, Zikaron Yaakov.
